  This macro will disable CTRL-X / CTRL-K checking.  Thismeans the caller
  will not be able to interrupt or abort the display of the file.
  Any More? prompts that are displayed after a @QOFF@ macro will be turned
  into Press (Enter) to continue? prompts because the caller cannot abort
  the display.
